3. Q: WHAT TYPE OF WOOD DO YOU OFFER?


A: Our wood species are selected for their lasting durability and timeless look, with each providing its own distinctive qualities.
Wood types offered are Pine, Larch, Mahogany, Oak, Cherry, Teak, Walnut, etc.


4. Q: CAN I GET MY DOOR PRE-HUNG?

A: Yes, we can ship your doors both pre-hung or knockdown. The pre-hung door occupies more space for shipping, while the door knocked down saves space for shipping.


5. Q: WHAT IS THE THICKNESS OF YOUR DOORS?

A: The thickness of our doors is customized according to your requirements. Usually, our interior doors’ thickness is 40mm-45mm; the exterior doors’ thickness is 48mm-55mm. 


6. Q: HOW DO I MEASURE FOR A DOOR REPLACEMENT?

A: When replacing an existing door, it is best to take some basic measurements. Please check the height, width, and thickness of the current door, and try to generally evaluate how the door fits in the jamb. It is very helpful to take photos with a digital camera or cell phone of the existing door, locks, hinges, and threshold. We can help you much more easily with this data in hand.
